Where shall I send my return Items?
Coivd -19 Update: We request that whilst we are closed, that you hold on to your items until further notice. We will notify you once we are up and running again where to send them.
 
How do I request a return?
  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • You will recieve a confirmation email with the postage instructions
  • Please note that during the current crisis you can signal your intent to return your item but we ask that you hold on to it until we re-open

 

How should I return my items?
You can return your items within 28 days of receipt of your order (14 days for Sale items). Please note we have extended our returns window to 60 days during the current Covid-19 crisis. 
All items must be:
  • Unworn, unwashed and in perfect condition
  • Have all the original labels attached
  • In their orginal packaging
Free gifts, promotional items, lingerie and swimwear are not returnable
As we are not responsible for any goods lost or damaged in transit, we adivse you to return items by registered post
Are there any charges for return?
  • You are responsible for the cost of the return postage
  • Original postage and packing charges are non-refundable

 

When will I receive my refund?
  • Once we receive your return, providing it is accepted, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 5 working days
  • Any refund will be credited to the orginal purchaser's payment method for the sum paid less any taxes, duties and postal costs
  • Any returns received after the 28 day period may not be accepted and will only be refunded with a credit note
