Same day delivery within central London for orders placed by 2pm on a working day. Last day Friday 22nd December.


Last guaranteed delivery for international is Friday 15th December

Collection can be arranged from any of our 8 stores, but may take up to 5 working days to be delivered to the store of your choice.

Orders placed at any time will be received on a working day


Goods will not be delivered on weekends or bank holidays, unless otherwise stated.

Orders placed after 12pm on Friday will be dispatched on the next working day, Monday, and delivered on Tuesday.

Please note the delivery period stated within which you will receive your order is approximate. Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order. If you would like to change the delivery address after you have had your order confirmed, you will need to contact our customer care team direct to arrange.

Orders placed on bank holidays will be processed and shipped on the first working day following the holiday.


Orders to countries outside the EU may be subject to import taxes and/or duties, which are applied when your package reaches your country. Your order is shipped on a DDU (delivery duty unpaid) basis. We are unable to estimate the amount of duties and taxes your package will incur as these charges are imposed directly by your local customs. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs. For more information, contact your local customs office.

Iris Fashion delivers goods by Royal Mail and DHL. Our couriers will advise a delivery window via SMS. If this delivery window is unsuitable you will be asked to specify an alternative time. NB: Unless you provide a valid mobile number or email address during checkout, we will not be able to offer this service.


Iris Fashion is environmentally conscious and this is reflected in our packaging. All Iris Fashion orders are lovingly wrapped in tissue paper and placed in our Iris branded cotton shopper. They are then packed into a biodegradable cardboard box to ensure nothing is damaged in transit.


At Iris our aim is to ensure that you are delighted with every purchase, however we understand that occasionally you may wish to return an item and we will endeavour to make this process as swift as possible. There are a number of things to consider before you attempt to return your item(s) and they are as follows.

1.Iris will refund or exchange any item(s) provided that they are in perfect condition and with all labels still attached. This means the item cannot have been worn, washed or altered in any way. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept exchanges or give refunds for earrings, swimwear, underwear, hats, or cosmetics.

2.We would request that your items be returned within 14 days of your original order, and sale items within 7 days.

3.We would prefer if you returned your web purchased item(s) through the online store, but we will also take returns through one of our store locations.

4.All items must be returned with your proof of purchase: store receipt, packing note or bank/credit card statement proving the purchase from Iris.

The above will not affect your statutory rights, should an item be deemed unfit for purpose or faulty.


Items bought in-store during sale periods are final and cannot be returned. For sale items bought online the usual long distant sales policy applies.


In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your order we will be happy to offer you a full refund. In order to do this the item(s) must be in a new and unworn condition with all packaging and garment tags still attached. We cannot accept any used items and any such items will be returned to the purchaser. Please follow the steps below to arrange a return:

1.     Login to your account if you have created one

2.     Select the appropriate order

3.     Tick the items you wish to return or exchange

4.     Select “update item(s)” and choose “ISSUE RAN” from the action list.

5.     Please enter the reason for return/exchange in the box below

6.     You will then receive a RAN (return authorisation number) number via email, which needs to be written on the returns form

7.     Should you wish to exchange your item, please indicate the style, colour and size you would like to exchange it for.

8.     Finally, package the item and return it via your local Post Office.

Please note that it is the responsibility of the customer to arrange and pay for returns and so when choosing a delivery service to return the item(s) we recommend that you obtain proof of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for items that do not reach us.
Once the item(s) have been received in good condition back here at IRIS, we will send you a confirmation email to let you know and will then follow up with confirmation that the refund/exhange process has been initiated.
