Collections can be arranged from any of our 4 stores, but may take up to 5 working days to delivered to the store of your choice. Once you receive a despatch note your order is ready to collect in the store of your choice. UK Standard Delivery - £4.95

Orders placed before 3pm on a working day will be delivered within 5 working days. Orders placed on bank holidays will be processed and shipped on the first working day following the holiday.

UK Next Day - £10

Orders placed before 1pm on a working day will be delivered the next working day. Orders placed on bank holidays will be processed and shipped on the first working day following the holiday.

UK Premium

Same day delivery within central London for orders placed by 2pm on a working day. Orders placed on bank holidays will be processed and shipped on the first working day following the holiday.

International - £20

Orders can be placed at time and will be despatched within 3 days. Delivery will be dependant on what territory you are in. Goods Shipped duties unpaid.Orders placed on bank holidays will be processed and shipped on the first working day following the holiday.

Returns

From the date goods are received, we offer a 14-day return period for unworn items, this does not include underwear, or jewellery for hygiene reasons and the return period is reduced to 7 days during sale. Customers must obtain a RAN note by going to their order history section in "My Account" find the order and select the request RAN button for the items you wish you return. Once we have received the items back, we will process the refund.
