      We offer all our usual delivery options in the run up to Christmas but please note that days set are the last dates to place an order to receive before Christmas day based on the published dates given by our courier services. We will endeavour to dispatch all order as quickly as possible but please be aware that the courier services are extremely busy at this time and delays may occur.

      Delivery times may be impacted by adverse weather, and events outside of our control, due the heavy workload that our courier partners have. Order early and don’t miss out!



      All UK orders will be shipped by Evrii Tracked for standard delivery,  DPD for next day and for International via OSC. Each purchase is insured by us during its time in transit, until it is delivered to you. You can track your parcel by emailing us your order number and we can track it for you or email you a tracking number that you can use to track your parcel.


      International orders are subject to delays due to custom checks. In the event that we cannot deliver to you within the time specified when placing your order, or an item is out of stock, we will let you know and try to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. All new orders are taken as separate and are therefore treated individually.

      DUTY & TAXES
      Please note that any duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please note that due to Brexit your order may take longer to get to you

      Once we have dispatched your order, we will send you an email notifying you of this. This will be our acceptance of your order and this completes the contract between you and us.

      This will apply regardless of whether, for reasons out of our control, you have not received that email. If we have informed you that your order hasn't been accepted or if you have cancelled your order in accordance with the returns policy, we will not dispatch your goods.

      We aim to deliver your chosen items to the place and person of your choice, in perfect condition and in the shortest time possible.



      Customer satisfaction is always our top priority and therefore we handle each query individually and to the best of our ability. Whilst we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, if you are not, we will happily offer you a full refund or credit note in compliance with our returns policy.


      We have extended our returns window until Sunday 14th January 2024 for orders placed from 21st November 2023.  You can register your intent to return an item through our online returns portal and get your pre-addressed shipping label to print out and address your parcel.

      We will offer a refund or credit note for all items that are returned to us unworn and in perfect condition, with all the labels attached and in its original packaging. Any items with any indication of use will not be accepted. In such cases, we will return the item(s) to the purchaser.

      Please note for orders over £200 we offer free delivery and free returns. You can download and print off your returns label in our returns portal. Refunds can take up to 10 working days to be processed once we have received them back at our warehouse.

       Earrings, underwear and swimwear are non-returnable unless faulty.

      Any refunds will be re-credited to the original purchaser's credit/debit card for the sum paid less any taxes, duties and delivery costs. We are not responsible for any goods lost or damaged in transit, and would advise you to retain your postal receipt.

      International Returns

      Please follow the following steps if you are returning item(s) to us from outside of the UK:

      Step 1
      Fill in the return form that came with your order, including the reason for your return. If an item is faulty please include further details.

      Step 2
      If you ordered from outside of the EU please also return the Proforma invoice that came with your order. Remember to indicate which item(s) you are returning and complete the returns number.

      Please make a note on any export documentation or on the address label that the goods enclosed are returned goods. This will ensure we are not charged any further duty or taxes upon receiving the goods back into the UK. If this procedure is not followed, this cost may be passed onto the customer at out discretion.

      Your statutory rights are unaffected.

      Step 3
      Please add the following address to the parcel and send back to us via your preferred shipper. We would recommend using a trackable service as returns are shipped at the sender's risk.

      Rest assured, we are adhering to all appropriate health and hygiene standards in line with guidance from the World Health Organisation. We are maintaining the highest standards of hygiene at all of our physical locations and ensuring our people only report for work if they are fit and healthy.

      Our delivery partners are monitoring the health of their drivers closely; vehicles are disinfected daily and drivers are washing their hands and using hand sanitiser regularly.
