Returns 
If you are not completely satisfied with any items in your order, you can return them within 14 days of receipt of your order.

Please note it can take up to 10 working days from receiving your return in our warehouse for the money to reach your bank account.

You can return your order either by retuning to one of our London store locations or by post to either location. See here for the the store addresses.

Please note we do not offer free returns, it is the responsibility of the the customer to ensure the items are returned in a sellable conditions with all tags attached.

Earrings, Swimwear & Underwear

Please note that Earrings can not be returned for hygiene reasons. Swimwear and underwear can only be returned with the hygiene sticker still intact.
