We offer the following delivery options, but please note that during sale periods and promotions, delivery may take longer than usual, and our express delivery options may not be available. Orders placed during the weekend or on a Bank Holiday will be processed the following working day.
Please note: If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately and could arrive on different days.

Call & Collect
We offer a Call & Collect service for local customers. Contact our Customer Service Team (020 7924 6948 to place your order and collect it from our Battersea store between: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday.

International Orders & Duties
Please note that we have suspended our International service until further notice
International deliveries may experience delays due to customs checks. If we are unable to deliver within the estimated timeframe provided at checkout or if an item is out of stock, we will notify you and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Any duties or taxes incurred in the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer. Additionally, due to Brexit, your order may take longer to arrive.
Shipping Notification
Once we have dispatched your order, we will send you an email confirmation. This serves as our acceptance of your order and completes the contract between you and us, even if, for reasons beyond our control, you do not receive the email. If we have informed you that your order has not been accepted or if you have cancelled it in accordance with our returns policy, we will not dispatch your goods.
