We offer the following delivery options but please note that during sale periods and promotions delivery may take longer than usual and our express delivery options may not always be available. Orders placed during the weekend or on a Bank Holiday will be processed the following working day.:

STANDARD UK DELIVERY - £4.95 - Delivery is within 2-3 working days
NEXT DAY DELIVERY - £10 - Next day delivery is available for orders placed before 1pm Monday - Thursday. Next day orders placed before 1pm on Friday will be delivered on Monday. Next day orders placed after 1pm on Friday and on Saturday and Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday.
SAME DAY DELIVERY - £15 - Same day delivery is available to some central London postcodes placed before 11am Monday to Friday. Same day orders placed after 11am on Friday and on Saturday and Sunday will be delivered on Monday.
FREE DELIVER TO STORE - Delivered to an IRIS store of your choice - Please allow up to 3 working days for your order to arrive in-store, although please note this may take longer during sale periods.

All orders will require a signature upon delivery of all goods shipped. UK orders will be shipped by UCS and International via UCS or DHL.;Each purchase is insured by us during it's time in transit, until it is delivered to you. You can track your parcel by emailing us your order number and we can track it for you or email you a tracking number that you can use to track your parcel.
UK Orders will be delivered within 2-3 working days. International orders are subject to delays due to custom checks. In the event that we cannot deliver to you within the time specified when placing your order, or an item is out of stock, we will let you know and try to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. All new orders are taken as separate and are therefore treated individually.

Please note that any duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the sole responsibility of the customer.
NOTIFICATION OF SHIPPING
Once we have dispatched your order, we will send you an email notifying you of this. This will be our acceptance of your order and this completes the contract between you and us. This will apply regardless of whether, for reasons out of our control, you have not received that email. If we have informed you that your order hasn't been accepted or if you have cancelled your order in accordance with the returns policy, we will not dispatch your goods.
