Customer satisfaction is always our top priority and therefore we handle each query individually and to the best of our ability. Whilst we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, if you are not, we will happily offer you a full refund or credit note in compliance with our returns policy.

We ask that you return any unwanted items within 28 days. You can register your intent to return an item through our online returns portal and get your pre-addressed shipping label to print out and address your parcel.

We will offer a refund or credit note for all items that are returned to us unworn and in perfect condition, with all the labels attached and in its original packaging. Any items with any indication of use will not be accepted. In such cases, we will return the item(s) to the purchaser.

Please note for orders over £150 we offer free delivery and free returns. For orders under £150 you are responsible for the cost and delivery back to IRIS. FOr hassle free returns you can still use the portal to download and print off your returns label at a cost of £3 which will be deducted from your overall return amount.

  • Enter your Order number and email address
  • Select the items for return or exchange
  • Continue to select your delivery label 
  • Print label or choice QR code if you don't have a printer
  • Drop off at the drop off point of your choice
  • Please note that returns are free for orders over £150 and for orders under £150 there is a charge of £3 to print your label and use the service

Please allow up to 10 working days for returns to be processed once they reach our warehouse. Once you receive your refund notification it can can up to 5 working days for the funds to reach your bank account, this can vary depending on your bank


Your may also return your order to one of our London stores free of charge. To notify us of you intent to return please navigate to our returns portal and follow the instructions above to book in your return. You can then drop your return at your store of choice.

Earrings, underwear and swimwear are non-returnable unless faulty.

Any refunds will be re-credited to the original purchaser's credit/debit card for the sum paid less any taxes, duties and delivery costs. We are not responsible for any goods lost or damaged in transit, and would advise you to retain your postal receipt

International Returns

Please follow the following steps if you are returning item(s) to us from outside of the UK:

Step 1
Fill in the return form that came with your order, including the reason for your return. If an item is faulty please include further details.

Step 2
If you ordered from outside of the EU please also return the Pro-forma invoice that came with your order. Remember to indicate which item(s) you are returning and complete the returns number.

Please make a note on any export documentation or on the address label that the goods enclosed are returned goods. This will ensure we are not charged any further duty or taxes upon receiving the goods back into the UK. If this procedure is not followed, this cost may be passed onto the customer at out discretion.

Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Step 3
Please add the following address to the parcel and send back to us via your preferred shipper. We would recommend using a trackable service as returns are shipped at the sender's risk.
