Customer Service Advisor

We are looking for a personable and self-motivated individual to manage customer care through email and the customer service phone line. The main duties include: keeping customers informed of the status of their order, processing orders, returns and exchanges, providing styling advice to customers and supporting the wider e-commerce team in various duties. The successful candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, a friendly and ‘can do’ attitude, good organisational skills with attention to detail, and ideally, prior experience with an online retailer or in a customer service role.

Ecommerce & Marketing Assistant

This role is responsible for managing the website pages and content to promote optimum selling opportunities and to support the marketing function and CRM through planning the marketing diary to deliver marketing initiative’s including email programs, paid and social media campaigns, and press and PR requests. This is a technical role which requires Shopify experience and a high level of attention to detail and an ability to work to deadlines.
