How will you be spending Christmas this year?

Christmas Day Dressing. PJs or dressing up?

'If I could I would live in your jumpsuit all of Christmas. Comfort is key for me! For my family gathering I will put on my floral Shae Dress and I know this might sound contrived but when I am at home I will be wearing your beautiful loungewear.'

What do you do to de-stress in those busy days leading up to Christmas?

'I meditate every morning and on the odd occasion when I don’t I can really feel it through the day, so that is a non negotiable. In Ayurveda they say: If you top and tail your day right everything in between can be a little bit different which it is during Christmas time! I will also use our Mauli Sleep Oil, morning or night. In the morning I use it in my shower, because it’s about relaxing the nervous system, rather than putting you to sleep, so you come with flow rather than force and that’s really important at a time like this!'

Your go to outfit to immediately feel pulled together?

'Normally my go-to outfit is a pair of jeans, a good pair of jeans! In this cold weather I seek something a bit more cosy: a nice jumper and I’m happy. My go-to outfit when I am not at my most confident tends to be a block colour rather than a print because I don't want the attention on me when I'm not feeling my best.'

Your favourite Iris party wear piece?

'Your Leona dress, without a doubt! Because it’s so easy to dance in and I love a good dance! A bonus is that if you had too much Christmas pudding it gives you room for manoeuvre. Plus it’s just so versatile that I will wear it in the summer as well.'
