The future of online shopping is here! We understand that sometimes finding your perfect style and size can be tricky when shopping online and the process of ordering and returning doesn’t suit everyone. To make it a little easier, IRIS has partnered with premium personal shopping service Harper Concierge to bring our boutique shopping experience direct to your home - giving you the ease of ordering online, the confidence of trying it on at home and the guidance of expert advisors. With Harper Concierge, you can view and try on the styles you like in person, without obligation - just as you would in store.
In an age where many of us are time poor and are pulled in every direction with the demands of work and family life, finding the time to shop in store is just another thing to add to the list. With the IRIS/Harper Concierge service you can choose as many styles and sizes from our collections and have them delivered to your home, to try during a pre-booked 40 minute appointment.
Harper’s Style Concierge are fashion industry professionals with a wealth of experience who can accompany you during your appointment to advise but if you prefer to try on in private, they are happy to wait outside whist you try on your items. Payment is taken at home for anything you love and any un-purchased items are taken away at the end of your appointment so there’s no need to think about returns.
The more regularly you use the service the more your Style Concierge will get to know and understand you, meaning that ahead of your appointment they can advise on any other styles they feel may suit you. There is also an alteration service available so any adjustments can be arranged during your appointment via your Style Concierge.

1. Choose your items online and add to your basket
2. Choose Try at home as your delivery options and book your preferred time (10am – 10pm 7 days a week)
3. The concierge stylist will take away the items you don’t want hassle free.
